Jobbmission
Uppdraget för Junior Project Engineer är att stödja VA-divisionen genom att designa och modellera innovativa lösningar, säkerställa effektiv montering och testning av produkter samt ge teknisk support för att förbättra kundnöjdheten och operativ effektivitet.
Huvudsakliga Ansvarsområden:
Design och Modellering i SolidWorks: Skapa enkla komponenter och kompletta end-of-arm-verktyg (EOAT).
Monteringsarbete: Utföra monteringsuppgifter i verkstaden.
Produkttestning: Testa hantering av olika produkter för att säkerställa funktionalitet och kompatibilitet.
Teknisk Support: Besöka kunder tillsammans med säljare för att ge teknisk support.
Resekrav: Tillfälliga övernattningsresor kan krävas.

Föredragna Kompetenser:

As our Global Marketing Coordinator, you'll help drive our marketing efforts forward. As a Technical Documentation Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation that supports Piab Group`s Product Development projects. Job Mission:
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing projects aimed at developing and introducing new products to the global market. Job Mission:

We have implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 globally, integrating it with systems like PLM, Web, and Power BI. This extensive program includes multiple projects, starting with technology selection and partner implementation, followed by the creation of global templates and localizations, and concluding with global rollouts. Post-launch, we will provide comprehensive application support. We are currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist (Business Service Group Lead), internally referred to as Business Services Group Lead, based in Stockholm with hybrid work options. The start date is August 1, 2024.

Role Responsibilities:
Business Requirements: Gather, analyze, and discuss requirements to determine the best solutions, leading to stakeholder sign-off.
Design: Lead solution design, applying best practices and coordinating with stakeholders for approval.
Data Management: Oversee data mapping and migration.
Configuration and Development: Configure D365, assist in development, and ensure documentation and testing of solutions.
Testing: Manage testing phases, including unit, regression, and integration testing, and support user acceptance tests.
Training: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions.
Go-live and Support: Lead go-live activities and provide ongoing maintenance and support.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in sales, order management, and manufacturing.
Proven track record in large, complex D365 ERP projects, including data migration and integrations.
Experience in international settings and familiarity with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
Strong collaborative, multitasking, and communication skills.
Fluent in English. Understanding Swedish will be an advantage.

Location: The position is a full time permanent position at HQ, Danderyd Sweden

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
As Supply Chain Coordinator, you have a vital role in acting as the link between Piab, Piab’s customers, and suppliers’ channel partners. You will be part of Piab Vacuum Automation Operations Supply team, and work closely with our global Supply Units, in particularly our factory, warehouse located in Germany.
Handle external and internal customer orders
Support the European Supply Unit (ESU) with order related queries
Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
Handle customer claims, such as repairs, replacements, credits, etc.
Analyze customer demands and confirm orders to customers based on the production planning and purchasing
Manage export outside of the EU by issuing different types of export documentation, such as certificate of origin, Prepayment orders, CAD (cash against document), Letter of credit etc.
Report directly to the Global Order Manager

The role as Supply Chain Coordinator will also include additional task that are demand planning related.
Handle stock replenishment orders between supply units
Handle call-off orders
Be active and participate in Sales & Operations meeting. Act on deviating sales trends.

I dag består teamet av 3 stycken erfarna servicetekniker/fältmontörer placerade i Kungsbacka och Danderyd, Stockholm.
Arbetet innebär felsökning, reparationer, flyttar samt nyinstallationer av TAWIs lyftutrustning på fältet ute hos våra kunder.

About the role
As an Industrial Engineer you will be a crucial part of the Industrialization team in the Vacuum Automation division, developing new and innovative solutions in order to make our global production even more efficient and ergonomically safe.
Today the team consists of 4 people and the work involves developing new and improve existing tools, test equipment and production processes that helps our operators to, in an ergonomic and safe way, produce our unique products.In this role you will be involved throughout the entire product development process, from idea to finished product, which is often characterized by technical challenges. We are looking for
Skills, experience, and educational background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics engineering or similar.
At least 3 years of experience within Industrial automation, robotics and manufacturing.
Good knowledge in 3D CAD and PDM systems, preferably SolidWorks and Teamcenter.
Excellent English skills, verbal and written.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc
Experience of electric systems is meritorious but not a requirement.

As a Industrialization Engineer you will report directly to the Industrialization and Quality Manager for Vacuum Automation and this position is based in Danderyd. Some travel will be required.

As Digital Marketing Manager for Piab VA Division, your mission will be to develop, drive and secure successful execution of the digital marketing strategy in accordance with Piab’s corporate strategies and guidelines, strengthening Piab’s leading position in our industry.
The role is reporting directly to Global Marketing Manager, Vacuum Automation Division.
Key Resonsibilites
Together with the divisional Marketing and Product Management team develop and create strategic digital campaigns globally, securing its implementation and consistency for all gripping, lifting, and moving solutions for our key commercial brands (Piab, Kenos and future brands) across all markets and touch points.
Development and implementation of our long term digital marketing strategy
Ensuring the digital customer experience and the customer journey is state of the art
Set and work towards key KPI:s for digital marketing that connects to our overall business objectives
Analyze and follow up relevant digital marketing metrics incl. web traffic and conversion rates
Lead and drive development of our website to ensure successful reach of strategic goals
Continuous improvement on SEO with the ambition to increase organic growth, incl. continuous optimization of the key words and improvements of Google Ads campaigns
CMS management, incl. ensuring the links inside the website are correct and complete, uploading the content, etc.
Develop, secure successful execution and optimize engaging digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, increase engagement and drive inbound leads
Define, align and ensure the implementation of lead flows and marketing automation workflows to enable quality nurturing processes and increase funnel activities
Developing and implementing SoMe communication strategy and planning for VA division, incl. copywriting of the posts, defining the target groups, etc.
Guide and support our core markets around digital marketing topics
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies, provide recommendations of new initiatives to increase effectiveness

About the Role
As a Software Developer you will be a crucial part of the R&D team, developing innovative software solutions as we evolve and digitize vacuum conveying. You will be developing embedded SW solutions for products used to improve an automate material flow across various industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemical production and additive manufacturing. You will be involved throughout the entire innovation process, from idea generation and validation to the implementation and deployment of novel software products or features.

You should enjoy taking part of the different phases of product development from the pre-study to product launch including performing hands-on verification activities conveying material in our test lab.

Arbetet innebär felsökning, reparationer, flyttar samt nyinstallationer av TAWIs lyftutrustning på fältet ute hos våra kunder.

About the role
As an Industrial Engineer you will be a crucial part of the Industrialization team in the Vacuum Automation division, developing new and innovative solutions in order to make our global production even more efficient and ergonomically safe.
Today the team consists of 4 people and the work involves developing new and improve existing tools, test equipment and production processes that helps our operators to, in an ergonomic and safe way, produce our unique products.In this role you will be involved throughout the entire product development process, from idea to finished product, which is often characterized by technical challenges. We are looking for
Skills, experience, and educational background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics engineering or similar.
At least 3 years of experience within Industrial automation, robotics and manufacturing.
Good knowledge in 3D CAD and PDM systems, preferably SolidWorks and Teamcenter.

As our Cyber Security Specialist you will ensure a constant review and implementation of all required IT security & compliance actions within Piab. You will ensure that Piab environments and processes are secure in this Digital world. It will be your job to establish a baseline, future ambition, and a roadmap Piab should take to be a world class threat proof and quick remediation company within the industry.

Excellent stake holder management with a core business and commercial relevance drive. Should be self-motivated and a doer, who can identify the threats and have an analytical mind to find solutions. Should have strong influencing skills to articulate the solutions to stakeholders and get them executed by organizing and leverage resources.
It is an advantage to have expertise in IT Security and industry standards; ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST CSF.

What you will do
Establish a plan to incrementally reach a sufficient level of cyber security within the Piab Group
Establish, develop and lead a forum with the intention to spread Cyber Security principles within Group Digital & IT Services (GDIS)
Teach best practice
Establish ways of working, i.e. Risk handling process
Support the work to fulfil cybersecurity requirements and the related test activities
Cooperate with the IT Operations to establish an infrastructure with automated controls
Analyse the cyber security threats and impacts on our infrastructure including gateways, software solutions and control systems
Develop the cyber security vulnerability testing process
Improve technical standards, processes, architecture and guidelines to mitigate cyber risks
Advice on the new configuration and design for domain administration, including AD and Powershell.
Create an inventory of all IT assets (Application & Infrastructure) across the board and domain for Piab
Maintain and develop our Information Classification framework and ensure its implementation on all business-critical applications.
Review and recommend Security layers to be implemented in our pi-Digital platform and micro-services
Setup management reporting and required dashboard, and metrics as are necessary for IT Security & Compliance reporting
Coordination with DPO to ensure alignment of IT documentation, reporting, processes, and security with GDPR
Create a roadmap and implement regular penetration tests as well as set and execute Piab ambitions with SOCS.

You will report directly to the CIO and you will be located at our HQ in Stockholm, Danderyd.

Coordinate outsourced workload with internal
Main PoC with external development agencies
Understand the customer experience journey
Provide development direction to Piab Group
Supervise other development work led by other functions
Supervise work of short-term interns
Superuser Optimizely/EPiServer
Technical administration of CMS platform - Optimizely/EPiServer

What you will do
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our world class IT team to work with our next generation IT infrastructure. We are a global team primarily based in Sweden and the US, with other global support resources.
Responsibilities:
Provide second/third-line support to our global organization
Implement/maintain asset/inventory management tool(s)
Perform installation, configuration, and support our clients using modern client management solutions
Implement and operate system monitoring tools to track potential issues and maintain uptime
Onboard employees using our IAM tool
Manage our Microsoft 365 environment which consists of OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Azure AD (Active Directory), Microsoft Endpoint
Conduct changes to improve the IT-infrastructure and determine client hardware or software requirements related to such changes
Implement and operate system monitoring tools to track potential issues and maintain uptime
Provide orientation, guidance, and training to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
Procurement of computers, accessories, phones, and mobile subscriptions
Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to protect data, software, and hardware

What you will do

As Compliance Manager within the Piab Vacuum Conveying (VC) division, you will drive and continue develop our product compliance and certification processes. You will ensure Piab products are compliant with global regulatory requirements regarding food contact (FDA, EC1935/2004), machine directive, electrical safety, ATEX, EMC. Piab is a global company- which also means Piab product offering must comply with various local regulatory, such as UL, CSA, CCC, Swiss ordinance, UKCA. The role involves performing assessments of requirements, managing a wide variety of tasks in the product regulatory area as well as collaboration and communication with teams inside organisation (R&D, Operations, Application engineers) and external consultants.
You will:
Define and lead cross functional compliance and certification activities
Stay up to date with relevant regulations. Monitor, investigate, assess applicability, and inform on product regulatory and certification requirements.
Manage certification process both internally and externally (identify requirements, ensure documentation is prepared and submitted, communicate with certification bodies etc.)
Coordinate audits (ATEX, ISO9001 and ISO 14001) (ensure preparation, carry out audit with external partners and ensure indicated changes are implemented)
Keep compliance documentation up-to-date and easily accessible for all stakeholders. Secure documentation in PLM-system and continuously ensure the correct documents are available
Support new product introduction projects to ensure products are designed to comply with requirements
Answer and provide necessary certification information to authorities, certification bodies and customers
Guide and interpret regulatory frame work for R&D - how design can be done to reach product compliance

You will report directly to the Director Product Management, Vacuum Conveying division. The role may require some international travel with a maximum of 20 days per year. The role is located in our office in Stockholm (Danderyd), Sweden.

Skills, experience, and/or educational background:
Solid experience in compliance work (food contact regulations, ATEX, machine directive, etc.) preferably in pharmaceutical or food process industry
Knowledge in HW development of embedded devices, electronics, and mechanics
Experience from risk assessment / FMEA methodology
Experience from B2B industries with intense focus on R&D and technology preferred
5+ years of working experience from compliance management, quality management or engineering
Strong academic record with a master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Excellent English and Swedish skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of other languages is a merit but not required
