ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Global Marketing Coordinator, you'll help drive our marketing efforts forward. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, loves connecting dots, and can seamlessly juggle multiple projects while keeping our brand message sharp and consistent. This function directly supports the Global Marketing Manager with administration, coordination, and execution of tasks required to achieve business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A 360-Degree Marketing Role
This is a comprehensive position that touches every aspect of our marketing ecosystem. You'll support, develop, create, and activate content and campaigns across all our platforms. WHAT WE OFFER

Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Mission
The operations team is a sales enabler– our performance will help Piab fulfil our full potential as the global leader in vacuum conveying. The Senior Project Manager is a key player in driving world class performance in quality, delivery and cost throughout the supplier chain. As a Senior Project Manager at Piab you work in an international environment, closely with Purchasers, Sourcing Managers, Supply Chain Mangers, Supply units, Suppliers, R&D and other stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Lead projects in developing supply chain for Piab Vacuum conveying division.
Lead projects introducing new products to market.
Develop a structured way of planning sales via SOP/LOP (sales order planning/large order planning) tools to ensure availability of the right products with a short lead time in a cost-efficient way.
Develop and implement new ERP system for Piab from an operations point.
Manage products and connected data over entire product life cycle.
Develop supply chain by optimizing suppliers base, Piab assembly, Piab inventory management and shipping.
Identify and implement different needs for continuous improvement within Piab processes.
Key Interfaces
Piab is a global company and many of the suppliers as well as the internal contacts are in Europe, Americas and Asia.

As a Production Engineer you will be a crucial part of the Industrialization team in the Vacuum Automation division, developing new and innovative solutions in order to make our global production even more efficient and ergonomically safe.
Today the team consists of 7 people and the work involves developing new and improve existing tools and test equipment that helps our operators to, in an ergonomic and safe way, produce our unique products.
In this role you will be involved throughout the entire product development process, from idea to finished product, which is often characterized by technical challenges. You will also interact with our Supply Units, based all over the world, when working with our production quality.

Job Overview:
As a Production Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining testing procedures and instrumentation systems for our industrial products. This role requires a strong background in both hardware and software, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Test Development: Design, develop, and implement testing procedures for both hardware and software in production environments.

Job Summary
The PLM Specialist will manage Piab's global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions (Teamcenter) across all functions. This role involves leading system administration, development activities, change management, and integration. The PLM Specialist will be the primary point of contact for PLM-related issues, access requests, training, and business workflow needs.
Role Description:
Platform Ownership
Serve as the Platform Owner for all PLM processes across divisions.
Collect requirements for PLM platforms from divisional users.
Collaborate with divisional engineers to innovate and improve current processes.
Consolidate and address bugs and enhancement requests to stabilize PLM applications.
Develop a roadmap for new PLM platform functionalities.
Prioritize IT activities to maximize value, considering bugs, enhancements, and new features.
Ensure total cost of ownership (TCO) is calculated and maintained for PLM.
Engage with industry peers to learn best practices and improvements in PLM processes.
Identify interactions between PLM and other business processes for end-to-end mapping.

Administration
Create system documentation materials.
Administer classification trees.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
As Supply Chain Coordinator, you have a vital role in acting as the link between Piab, Piab’s customers, and suppliers’ channel partners. You will be part of Piab Vacuum Automation Operations Supply team, and work closely with our global Supply Units, in particularly our factory, warehouse located in Germany.
Handle external and internal customer orders
Support the European Supply Unit (ESU) with order related queries
Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
Handle customer claims, such as repairs, replacements, credits, etc.
Analyze customer demands and confirm orders to customers based on the production planning and purchasing
Manage export outside of the EU by issuing different types of export documentation, such as certificate of origin, Prepayment orders, CAD (cash against document), Letter of credit etc.
Report directly to the Global Order Manager

The role as Supply Chain Coordinator will also include additional task that are demand planning related.
Handle stock replenishment orders between supply units
Handle call-off orders
Be active and participate in Sales & Operations meeting. Act on deviating sales trends.

Experience with marketing automation tools and the ability to create automated workflows. Familiarity with CRM tool, such as Salesforce and Pardot would be a merit
Solid knowledge of SEM/SEO and experience with SEO tools, such as SEMrush or others
Experience in Google tools, such as Analytics, Ads, etc., data analysis and reporting
Solid knowledge of SoMe platforms and paid advertising
Experience in direct/indirect leadership
Experience in customer facing interactions through sales meetings, development projects or business development activities
Experience in working with cross-functional teams
Proven track record of executing successful multi-region commercial initiatives
Experience in commercial roles

About the role
As an Industrial Engineer you will be a crucial part of the Industrialization team in the Vacuum Automation division, developing new and innovative solutions in order to make our global production even more efficient and ergonomically safe.
Today the team consists of 4 people and the work involves developing new and improve existing tools, test equipment and production processes that helps our operators to, in an ergonomic and safe way, produce our unique products.In this role you will be involved throughout the entire product development process, from idea to finished product, which is often characterized by technical challenges. You will also interact with our Production Units, based all over the world, when working with our production quality.




We are looking for
Skills, experience, and educational background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics engineering or similar.
At least 3 years of experience within Industrial automation, robotics and manufacturing.
Good knowledge in 3D CAD and PDM systems, preferably SolidWorks and Teamcenter.
Excellent English skills, verbal and written.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc
Experience of electric systems is meritorious but not a requirement.

As a Industrialization Engineer you will report directly to the Industrialization and Quality Manager for Vacuum Automation and this position is based in Danderyd. Some travel will be required.

What you will do
The website is Piab´s primary source of customer exploration, engagement, and lead generation. Behind an insight-and fact-based understanding, organize and project lead the optimization of the digital customer experience journey on the websites and its related sites.
Your responsibilities:
Product owner of piab.com/My Piab development
Gather divisional commercial input and fact-based result of website activities together with Digital Experience Analyst that aim to optimize the customer experience journey.
Co-lead the website strategy through the website board (together with Digital Analyst Manager, and Chief People and Brand Officer)
Map a gross development activity board, identify, and plan for ongoing activities and manage development prioritization
Coordinate outsourced workload with internal
Main PoC with external development agencies
Understand the customer experience journey
Provide development direction to Piab Group
Supervise other development work led by other functions
Supervise work of short-term interns
Superuser Optimizely/EPiServer
Technical administration of CMS platform - Optimizely/EPiServer

As Compliance Manager within the Piab Vacuum Conveying (VC) division, you will drive and continue develop our product compliance and certification processes. You will ensure Piab products are compliant with global regulatory requirements regarding food contact (FDA, EC1935/2004), machine directive, electrical safety, ATEX, EMC. Piab is a global company- which also means Piab product offering must comply with various local regulatory, such as UL, CSA, CCC, Swiss ordinance, UKCA. The role involves performing assessments of requirements, managing a wide variety of tasks in the product regulatory area as well as collaboration and communication with teams inside organisation (R&D, Operations, Application engineers) and external consultants.
You will:
Define and lead cross functional compliance and certification activities
Stay up to date with relevant regulations. Monitor, investigate, assess applicability, and inform on product regulatory and certification requirements.
Manage certification process both internally and externally (identify requirements, ensure documentation is prepared and submitted, communicate with certification bodies etc.)
Coordinate audits (ATEX, ISO9001 and ISO 14001) (ensure preparation, carry out audit with external partners and ensure indicated changes are implemented)
Keep compliance documentation up-to-date and easily accessible for all stakeholders. Secure documentation in PLM-system and continuously ensure the correct documents are available
Support new product introduction projects to ensure products are designed to comply with requirements
Answer and provide necessary certification information to authorities, certification bodies and customers
Guide and interpret regulatory frame work for R&D - how design can be done to reach product compliance

You will report directly to the Director Product Management, Vacuum Conveying division. The role may require some international travel with a maximum of 20 days per year. The role is located in our office in Stockholm (Danderyd), Sweden.

Experience from B2B industries with intense focus on R&D and technology preferred
5+ years of working experience from compliance management, quality management or engineering
Strong academic record with a master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Excellent English and Swedish skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of other languages is a merit but not required
