ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Global Marketing Coordinator, you'll help drive our marketing efforts forward. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
•0-2 years of experience in lead generation and/or marketing in a B2B environment.
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, Web Development, Project Management, Communication, or equivalent work experience.
•Strong willingness to learn new abilities and skills.
•You are a proactive and innovative person who’s not afraid to generate new ideas based on data-driven insights.
•You are a strong communicator with excellent writing skills.
•Fluency in English is required.
WHAT WE OFFER
The Global Marketing Coordinator will be joining a marketing team that spans two continents and multiple time zones. Our central marketing team is a dynamic, split-location squad with team members in both Chicago, US, and Kungsbacka, Sweden.
You'll be hands-on, testing and activating global campaigns alongside the Global Marketing Manager. You'll be right in the middle of the action.
As part of our central marketing team, you'll also be a link between our global vision and local execution. Role Description:

OM ROLLEN

As our marketing specialist you will be with a member of the global marketing team and work closely with the sales team supporting the development and management of various global marketing initiatives and business objectives. We work with the scrum methodology and most of your day will be filled with coordinating and completing project deliverables.


One day at the office
Every day we have a stand up, that helps us coordinate and effectively drive our projects forward. This role is quite broad, and you will be an important member in the team to drive all our projects forward. A week will include everything from activating integrated marketing campaigns, advertising and promotions; developing messaging; publishing on our websites; sending e-mails; and coordinating events and trade shows.


Manage and coordinate the assigned go-to-market marketing activities and tasks.
Act as a project manager for multi-channel promotions and marketing campaigns for assigned markets, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
Draft and maintain project timelines and schedules for initiatives - detailing specific tasks, responsible parties, and monitoring task completion.
Help to monitor and complete requests flowing through the work order management system.
Support Tobii Dynavox participation in international trade shows, conferences and other events.
Liase with international sales teams to provide local marketing and promotional support.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to create and deliver solutions.



We are looking for someone who 
To be successful in this role, and at Tobii, we believe you have;
A Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications or similar
At least 3 years proven marketing experience and are familiar with a variety of marketing concepts, practices and processes Ex. videos, websites, event support, coordinate event and tradeshow, social media, digital ads, print ads, brochures.
Excellent project management and execution skills with proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent project demands within in a fast-paced team environment.
Experience from working in a scum team or similar agile methodology
Knowledge how to use Favro or similar project management tool.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English (Swedish is a plus)

Arbeta med koordination/produktion av video för TV och online, annonsblad, POS, och övrigt marknadsmaterial för MediaMarkts nationella och lokala marknadsföring.
Arbeta nära våra inköps- och säljavdelningar med att säkerställa att projektplan följs, samt kvalitetssäkra och förädla produktunderlag. 
Ha löpande samarbete med våra leverantörer och samarbetspartners kring annonsering av produkter/tjänster.  
Hitta lösningar för att kombinera önskemål från flera olika parter i samma produktion, och utifrån dem skapa ett attraktivt och säljande material.  
?Vem är du?
Har ett gott öga för färg och form, samt intresse för kommunikation och marknadsföring.
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av Adobe CC, främst InDesign och Photoshop.
Trivs med att ha mycket eget ansvar samt driva egna projekt framåt framgångsrikt.
Erfarenhet från hemelektronikbranschen (t.ex. som säljare) är meriterande, alternativt ett brinnande intresse för våra produkter.

The British International School of Stockholm is seeking to appoint a creative and highly motivated individual to join our existing admin team, to lead development and implementation of a School marketing and communication strategy. Working closely with the Principal, the successful applicant will manage the promotion of our school through effective marketing and communications, using a multi-channel approach to reach the desired audience, both locally and internationally. They will be responsible for all aspects of the integrated marketing campaign, with digital marketing forming a key part of the overall campaign. Applicants may come from a range of backgrounds including marketing or journalism. The scope of the role is broad and will, to some extent, depend on the specific skill set of the successful candidate. Key elements are outlined below. 
KEY OBJECTIVES 
• To effectively market the school and its programs globally to prospective families by telling the school's story through ‘shareable social content’. 
• To lead the long term development of a parent communication strategy. This solution would integrate technology, academic learning solutions, etc., as well as social media and newsletters. 


STRATEGIC PLANNING 
• Source and analyse customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information, through quantitative and qualitative market research 
• Lead on all aspects of digital media analysis, including website, social media, SEO and SEM 
• Develop a coherent digital marketing strategy with clear KPIs 
• Develop and execute short and long-term local and global marketing plans that support BISS, including, but not limited to: digital marketing, public relations, special events, advertising, and other promotional strategies 
• Develop tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness campaigns and strategies 
• Provide reports for, and present at, Board meetings as required 


MARKETING EXECUTION 
• Maintain the school’s brand by guiding communications from stakeholders, ensuring that the ‘look and feel’ represents BISS 
• Write, design and produce marketing literature 
• Seek out, plan, write and edit engaging content to share across all marketing channels 
• Keep social media and the school’s website up to date and engaging, maintaining a stock of photographs 
• Be accountable for developing physical marketing materials 
• Liaise with partner organizations including relocation agencies, embassies and chambers of commerce 
• Maintain a marketing database and events calendar 
• Engage with corporate customers 


ESSENTIAL SKILLS and EXPERIENCE 
• High level fluency in English speaking and writing 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a good eye for detail 
• Excellent customer facing skills and confidence in engaging with the public 
• Flexible approach to working (including out of normal business hours) 
• Great admin and organisational skills 
• Relevant IT skills 
• Comfortable with digital and social media platforms 
• Knowledge or willingness to learn about digital marketing’s tools and strategy 
• Be able to analyse problems, reach reasoned judgements and resolve issues 
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines 


DESIRABLE SKILLS and EXPERIENCE 
• Understanding of international schools and education systems 
• Experience of dealing with parents 
• Previous marketing experience 
• Being bilingual in English and Swedish is an advantage

Producing innovative marketing and sales material – adapting and translating it to different markets

We are looking for someone who

Is innovative, ambitious and not afraid to take on new challenges. It’s important that you dare to take initiative.
Has around 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Has a bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
Is a talented writer.
Has a real passion for technology and love to learn new things.
Is fluent in English. It’s not a requirement but a plus if you are fluent in German, French and/or Spanish.
