Job Mission
As Head of Group Business Controlling, you will be responsible for financial results reporting, budget and forecast process, and business analysis across Piab Group. You will play a key role in ensuring financial targets are met, overseeing sustainability reporting, and driving change projects within the Finance function.

Key Responsibilities
Provide and present financial results and business analysis for the Piab Group, both current and forecasted.
Advise on key actions to ensure the company meets financial targets and commitments.
Own and drive the Budget & Forecast process at the group level.
Own and drive the financial part of the Strategic planning process
Manage and lead the Business Controller team, ensuring strong performance and career growth.
Oversee sustainability reporting (CSRD, Taxonomy), ensuring compliance with international policies.
Act as a key representative of Group Finance, supporting both internal departments and external partnerships.
Lead and contribute to Finance transformation and change projects, driving continuous improvements.
Experience and Education
Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, Business Controlling, or a similar role.
Proven experience in financial planning, business analysis, and reporting.
Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop teams.
Experience working within an international/global organization is preferred.
Solid understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks (CSRD, Taxonomy).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
Strong knowledge of financial systems and digital finance tools
