Qualifications
· Proven experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
· Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein, agent-based architectures, or low-code/no-code AI tools is highly desirable.
· Experience with or knowledge of other CRM applications is a plus, as continuous evaluation of the roadmap is required.
· Strong understanding of CRM best practices, customer journey mapping, and marketing/sales operations.
· Demonstrated experience in application ownership, roadmapping, vendor management, and rollout planning.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across IT, business, and external stakeholders.
· Experience working within an enterprise application landscape, including CRM, ERP, PLM, and CPQ systems.
Position Overview
We are seeking a forward-thinking and business-oriented CRM Lead to take ownership of our Salesforce ecosystem, including Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. In this pivotal role, you will drive the CRM roadmap, foster collaboration with business stakeholders, engage with software vendors, and ensure the delivery of value through innovation and adoption—leveraging technologies such as Salesforce Einstein and Agent Force.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the application owner for Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
· Define, manage, and evolve the CRM roadmap in alignment with business strategy and ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business units to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and drive user adoption.
· Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, including oversight of licensing, service level agreements (SLAs), and implementation support.
· Ensure CRM readiness and successful rollout in the context of mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and new business integrations.
· Experiment with and implement AI capabilities, including Salesforce Einstein and Agent Force.
· Work closely with adjacent application owners (ERP, PLM, CPQ) to ensure seamless interoperability and data flow across systems.

Collaboration with top management and key stakeholders to understand their requirements, drivers, priorities, and provide best technical solution together with Global IT colleagues

The role and responsibilities
The Senior Researcher is a vital part of the EMEA Insight Services team, which specializes in understanding human behavior and attention to help commercial clients make sound business decisions. In this role, you will mastermind, oversee and complete research projects for clients throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Your days will be filled with:
Designing and delivering advanced marketing- and user-experience research plans to clients
Leading or assisting in the creation and delivery of client pitches to ensure profitable sales of projects
Applying diverse qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Creating research briefs, moderating guides and surveys to meet client objectives
Arranging project logistics and testing research equipment before fielding projects
Coordinating with recruiting partners, facility managers and associated research partners
Manage and perform data collection and coding during fielding and data analysis
Analyzing attention, behavior, and qualitative response data
Interpret data, refine insights and shape a compelling narrative with actionable recommendations
Building and presenting impactful research reports to a diverse range of clients

We are looking for someone who has:
A bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience
Preferably 5 or more years of applied market and shopper research experience

Team-oriented, with a desire to work with a large degree of autonomy

Who are you and what are your qualifications?
You have several years’ experience in a similar role with ERP and or CRM applications, preferably as part of an IT organization. Alternatively, you have several years’ experience as a super-user in a larger organization having gone through at least one full implementation lifecycle in a key role.
Either way, while you have a strong technical aptitude for applications, you also have a business process focus and have worked in, or with applications that support, at least two different parts of an enterprise organization (Finance, Logistics, Order Management, Sales, Purchasing, etc.).
You also have proven capabilities in managing small to medium implementation and change projects and enjoy taking ownership for the full lifecycle. You are or have:
Ideally educated to degree level.
10+ years’ experience working in a medium to large business, with 3+ years in an application development and or process support role.
Experience of configuration and delivery of ERP or CRM systems according to business requirements (either in a super-user or system administration role).
Experience in providing 1st and 2nd line application and process support.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong written and spoken English skills.

As our IT Business Partner, you will be in the center of this transformation, ensuring we accurately capture business requirements and deliver real customer and business value.

As an IT Business Partner you are a consultant to the key stakeholders of the Business Applications Team. You are responsible for breaking down the business strategy into actionable technological solutions and you work with top management and business leaders as well as our end users and application experts around the globe
You will be a part of the Business Applications Team within IT. We are a curious, diverse and talented crowd with a mix of technical specialists, business-minded people and data wizards.
The role and responsibilities
You are responsible to successfully deliver IT transformation projects. You increase user adoption and satisfaction. Your key stakeholders value you as a business partner and you achieve goals based on our OKRs.
Your days will be filled with
· Work with top management and other key stakeholders to understand business requirements
· Research and analyze business problems e.g. through user research or data analysis
· Lead/participate in taskforces and projects around IT transformation
· Apply design thinking techniques to develop a roadmap and define features
· Develop, coordinate and conduct education for key stakeholders and end users
· Optimize the organization's technology resources and recommend future technology direction and new technology initiatives
· Increase user adoption and satisfaction of our main applications
We are looking for someone who
· Has 4-6 years of relevant work experience e.g. in Business Analytics, Business Consultancy, IT or Project Management
· Has very good knowledge of business and enterprise applications and their system architecture (e.g. CRM, ERP, Document Management and Collaboration Platforms, productivity applications)
· Ability to lead others
· Preferably a university degree in business studies, computer science, engineering or related field
· Applies strategic thinking to anticipate future issues, identifies core priorities and develops strategies
· Fluent in English, additional languages is a big plus

The role and responsibilities
As Senior Research Scientist you will play a key role in the acceleration of the product’s growth agenda to expand the product offering to the worldwide market. You will be working side by side with other researchers, Product owners, Engineers, QAs, Developers and enjoy collaborating, learning, improving, and most of all innovate solutions that help our customers to reach their goals. We have a passion to serve our customers, and we have fun while doing it!
You will work closely with Product owners, Developers and QA’s to offer opinions and suggestions on how to guide the solution forward, as well as handle detailed questions from the team.
You will test workflows in the software from an end-to-end perspective to ensure that all parts work logically and understandably.
You will conduct independent investigations into experimental types and create proposals for recommended solutions to support the investigated experimental types.
You will make in-depth investigations of the concepts within eye-tracking research, so that we build the software on stable concepts that do not need to be changed in the near future.

We are looking for someone with

A Ph.D. and relevant research experience
A solid background as a researcher and experience of eye-tracking as part of your research.
Worked empirically with eye tracking and managed to produce several peer-reviewed publications as first author.
A grasp on methodological concerns when designing a given study and can communicate this pedagogically to help elevate the team.
A well-rounded understanding of our customers with a broad scientific network and can put Product owners and Developers in contact with other researchers who are willing to give their thoughts and opinions about concepts and functionality that are relevant to the software. Also, to reach out for input on ongoing and future functionalities for supporting various types of studies.
Good communication skills in written and spoken English and can formulate complex problems to your team.
