Qualifications
· Proven experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.

Position Overview
We are seeking a forward-thinking and business-oriented CRM Lead to take ownership of our Salesforce ecosystem, including Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. In this pivotal role, you will drive the CRM roadmap, foster collaboration with business stakeholders, engage with software vendors, and ensure the delivery of value through innovation and adoption—leveraging technologies such as Salesforce Einstein and Agent Force.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the application owner for Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
· Define, manage, and evolve the CRM roadmap in alignment with business strategy and ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business units to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and drive user adoption.
· Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, including oversight of licensing, service level agreements (SLAs), and implementation support.
· Ensure CRM readiness and successful rollout in the context of mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and new business integrations.
· Experiment with and implement AI capabilities, including Salesforce Einstein and Agent Force.
· Work closely with adjacent application owners (ERP, PLM, CPQ) to ensure seamless interoperability and data flow across systems.

I rollen som drift- / supporttekniker kommer du att ha en bred och varierande roll. Din profil och kvalifikationen

- Eftergymnasial utbildning inom nätverk, IT-säkerhet, systemadministration eller likvärdig utbildning
- Flera års arbetslivserfarenhet inom IT, ex. som supporttekniker, drifttekniker eller nätverkstekniker
- Goda kunskaper i Linux, server och klienter samt goda nätverskunskaper (switching, routing, TCP/IP)
- Stort intresse för IT-säkerhet
- Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska - i såväl tal som skrift

The Senior Researcher is a vital part of the EMEA Insight Services team, which specializes in understanding human behavior and attention to help commercial clients make sound business decisions. What the role’s about:
Tobii Dynavox´s new Business Application Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of Tobii Dynavox's enterprise applications. You will work closely with our software suppliers and support consultants, mostly in the ERP and Finance systems area. This includes not only the day-to-day delivery, but also the complete lifecycle including improvements and implementation of new functionality, upgrades, and occasionally new application implementations.
Your days will be filled with:
Enable Tobii Dynavox's business by delivering outstanding service and high-quality enterprise applications.
Define, document, and build new functionality and continuous improvements
Manage the Change, Testing, and Deployment for upgrades, new custom functionality, and configuration changes.
Project manage small to medium projects within business applications and other IT projects.
Support the development of Tobii Dynavox's new business processes and the improvement of existing ones.
Support the helpdesk with 2nd-line support for service requests and incidents
Manage supplier relationships for application, service, and consulting partners.

Who are you and what are your qualifications?
You have several years’ experience in a similar role with ERP and or CRM applications, preferably as part of an IT organization. Alternatively, you have several years’ experience as a super-user in a larger organization having gone through at least one full implementation lifecycle in a key role.
Either way, while you have a strong technical aptitude for applications, you also have a business process focus and have worked in, or with applications that support, at least two different parts of an enterprise organization (Finance, Logistics, Order Management, Sales, Purchasing, etc.).
You also have proven capabilities in managing small to medium implementation and change projects and enjoy taking ownership for the full lifecycle. You are or have:
Ideally educated to degree level.
10+ years’ experience working in a medium to large business, with 3+ years in an application development and or process support role.
Experience of configuration and delivery of ERP or CRM systems according to business requirements (either in a super-user or system administration role).
Experience in providing 1st and 2nd line application and process support.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong written and spoken English skills.

You are responsible to successfully deliver IT transformation projects. You increase user adoption and satisfaction. Your key stakeholders value you as a business partner and you achieve goals based on our OKRs.
Your days will be filled with
· Work with top management and other key stakeholders to understand business requirements
· Research and analyze business problems e.g. through user research or data analysis
· Lead/participate in taskforces and projects around IT transformation
· Apply design thinking techniques to develop a roadmap and define features
· Develop, coordinate and conduct education for key stakeholders and end users
· Optimize the organization's technology resources and recommend future technology direction and new technology initiatives
· Increase user adoption and satisfaction of our main applications
We are looking for someone who
· Has 4-6 years of relevant work experience e.g. in Business Analytics, Business Consultancy, IT or Project Management
· Has very good knowledge of business and enterprise applications and their system architecture (e.g. CRM, ERP, Document Management and Collaboration Platforms, productivity applications)
· Ability to lead others
· Preferably a university degree in business studies, computer science, engineering or related field
· Applies strategic thinking to anticipate future issues, identifies core priorities and develops strategies
· Fluent in English, additional languages is a big plus

Som Business Operations Partner arbetar du i ett affärsfokuserat team nära TWs befintliga kunder och konsulter under pågående uppdrag. Tillsammans säkerställer vi lönsamhet i affären och ser till att konsulterna får en bra start via TW och blir en del av vårt nätverk för framtida uppdrag.


Arbetet innefattar även, men inte uteslutande, att:
•Upprätthålla och utveckla både befintliga kundrelationer och leverantörsrelationer
•Proaktivt kontakta och träffa befintliga kunder, leverantörer och konsulter för att säkerställa en bra leverans
•Följa upp och genomföra förlängningar av konsultavtal
•Förhandla uppdragsvillkor och priser inom ramen för överenskommelse med kund
•Löpande kontakt med kund och konsult för att lösa problem, besvara frågor och skapa mervärde under pågående uppdrag
•Utvärdera konsultuppdraget och säkerställa att alla är nöjda i samarbetet
•Utfasning av konsulter vars uppdrag avslutas och bidra till att de reaktiveras i vårt nätverk och därmed kan matchas med nya uppdrag
•Identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter i befintliga samarbeten med kund och tillsammans med dina kollegor i teamet planera för och realisera dessa
•Vara delaktig i att utveckla arbetssätt och rutiner inom teamet för att kontinuerligt öka lönsamheten. Ett stort intresse- och erfarenhet av att arbeta med relationsbyggande aktiviteter
• Tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta med B2B är meriterande, men ej ett krav
• Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska samt serbiska

En av våra kunder har behov av en Incident Manager. För att passa i rollen som Incident Manager behöver du ha bred erfarenhet av incident och problem processen och vara van vid att ta ansvar. ARBETSUPPGIFTERI rollen som Incident Manager kommer du att ansvara för hela incidentprocessen och att den sker enligt framtagen beskrivning/process.
