Qualifications
Education
? A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
? A Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
Experience
? Significant leadership experience in a similar role (5-10 years experience), ideally within an international school or educational institution.
? Proven track record of managing complex operations, including finance, facilities, HR, IT, marketing, and admissions.
? Experience working in multicultural environments, with a deep understanding of international education.
? Knowledge of Swedish regulations and operational standards is an advantage.

About the job
The British International School of Stockholm is now seeking to employ a 1:1 Learning Assistant to join an established Individual Needs (IN) Team in our growing international school. We are looking for a flexible, patient, compassionate and confident individual to work with a child with moderate behavioural and learning needs. We are committed to finding someone with the determination to make a positive impact on this child’s education and their progress throughout the school year. Main Responsibilities

· Leading and managing the Extra-curricular and After School Care programmes
· Dealing with daily routines; communicating with parents and classroom teachers regarding registration, attendance, absences, illnesses and collection arrangements, prioritising where necessary
· Answering and dealing with all incoming calls; responding promptly and effectively to enquiries
· Meeting and greeting all visitors, ensuring security procedures are followed
· Selling school stock such as sweatshirts
· Assisting with all aspects of arrangements for visitors to the School, school outings, etc.
· Keeping abreast of future events and organising as necessary
· Typing correspondence and emails
· Providing other administrative support, as required

As the senior technician in the IT Services team, you will take the lead role in providing ongoing maintenance for the school network, systems, infrastructure and hardware. Reporting to the Director for IT and Digital Learning, you will help provide the technical support necessary to enable the school to achieve its vision of excellence in digital learning.
This role will include:
Ensure the smooth running of the school network
Make recommendations to the Director of IT to strategically manage the development and maintenance of an efficient ICT infrastructure and technical services
Lead teh commission and configuration of ICT systems, networks and equipment; including hardware, peripherals and software as agreed with the Director of IT
Maintain the school's security systems incl CCTV and door security
Maintain cloud environments including day-to-day technical support
Lead the installation, test and configure new IT hardware, systems and peripherals as directed by the Director of IT
Monitor the performance of school systems and hardware, diagnosing and resolving problems
Perform maintenance, repairs and upgrades, liaising with suppliers, agencies and partners
