The Digital Designer will be a member of our growing global marketing department that is building a future award-winning creative team. You will be working with our Creative Teams to create compelling design for all kinds of media with a focus on motion graphics.

Role and responsibilities
You will work on dramatizing our brand and offerings with great design, motion graphics and video editing.
You will also:
Continually push the creative level on each project.
Come up with fresh designs for various projects spanning from print to digital.
Work from creative briefs in collaboration with Art Directors and Copywriters.
Make storyboards to present your ideas in a compelling way.
Edit videos and combine it with motion graphics.

We are looking for someone who
Has 3+ years of digital design experience. Portfolio required.
Excellent skills in the Creative Suite with a focus on After Effects and Premiere.
Experience and ability to work across all mediums and channels.
Has a passion for staying on top of current design and animation trends.
Can support multiple projects by following internal processes and timelines.
Has a friendly, down-to-earth attitude, along with a strong work ethic.

The day-to-day
As the Web?Production?Specialist, you’ll be part of our global marketing team where you will play a key role. You will be providing essential support for updating and enhancing content across our global websites to maintain web quality standards and a positive customer experience.
You will be working and collaborating daily with a talented global web team and reporting to the Digital Director.
Your key responsibilities:


• Building responsive webpages across global websites and ensuring they are maintained for quality, accessibility, and SEO.
• Working directly with copywriters, designers, and project managers to collect and organize all web content needed for continuous improvements and campaign launches.
• Lead cross-team training efforts to ensure the marketing team has a solid understanding of Shopify web standards.
• Evaluating customer web behavior data and searching for areas of improvement.
• Supporting project management efforts for effective website launches.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone with the following:


• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Design, Web Development, or related field.
• Solid experience in website design or development
• A couple of years’ experiences in project management
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
We find it meriting if you have Agile SCRUM experience, Marketing Automation experience, UX/UI skills and other.
