Requirement Analyst / Data Analyst / Microsoft Program Expert
Cloudmore is currently looking for three different Business Analyst roles: Requirement Analyst, Data Analyst, and Microsoft Product Expert Analyst. Please specify for what role you apply for.


Requirement Analyst
You are...

In this role, You’ll…
Communication and interviews with customers and stakeholders to capture business requirements and understand their needs and pain points.
Identifying and validating business problems to be solved, end-user requirements, value drivers, return on investment, etc.
Create recommendations based on independently performed analyzes.
Write functional and non-functional specifications with great details and present them in understandable and actionable ways by the dev team.
Support the development and rollout of features and functionalities.
Defining acceptance criteria and performing the acceptance testing.
Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of the Cloudmore product and customer uses cases.
Work close to product management to align request to strategy and visions
Execute and “own” projects from start to finish with minimal oversight



Your experience includes…
3+ years in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or a similar role.
Excellent analytical skills and broad experience with requirements engineering.
Working with a SaaS product or in software development.
Sufficient technical expertise to be able to liaise between business and technical counterparts effectively.
Collaborating with company stakeholders and presenting your work.
Highly proficient in spoken and written English.


Data Analyst
You are...

In this role, You’ll…
Develop strong hypothesis and narratives through data analysis
Identify product improvement opportunities based on your findings in user metrics and data.
Work closely with the Product Management to identify KPIs for the Cloudmore SaaS product.
Work with engineering to implement tracking for new features and product improvements.
Create visual metrics views and dashboards using PowerBI, Superset, or a similar data visualization platform.
Produce automated reports based on the data warehouse
Plan your work and focus based on impact
Execute and “own” projects from start to finish with minimal oversight


Your experience includes…
3+ years in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or a similar role
Building robust reporting infrastructures through business intelligence platforms
Independently querying complex datasets using
Fluency in Excel (functions, pivot tables, and aggregations are familiar to you)
Working with a SaaS product or in software development
Collaborating with company stakeholders and presenting your work
Highly proficient in spoken and written English



Microsoft Program Expert
You are...

You’re good at creating a coherent structure and extracting what’s relevant from a sea of information. You’re detail-oriented and enjoy diving deep into technical documentation. You will be a key player in building up the integrations department in Cloudmore.

In this role, You’ll…
Plan and execute research to understand customer use cases for the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program.
Identify and extract relevant information, put it into the context of Cloudmore, and present it to the stakeholders.
Analyze and give suggestions to software developers regarding Microsoft product integrations.
Deep dive into Microsoft API documentation and product logic for Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program and Azure.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Partner Center and Azure Portal.
Keep up-to-date with the latest Microsoft product news and updates and communicate relevant insights to the product team.


Your experience includes…
2+ years as an analyst or a researcher.
Working with software developers and integrations.
Analysis work with APIs and integrations.
Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
Having experience working with Microsoft CSP, O365 and Azure is a plus.

Role Description
Cloudmore works with Agile and Scrum and are now looking for an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner. Your primary responsibility is managing the product backlog and lead the development team.
You will work closely with the VP Product to align the product backlog with overall product strategy and set short term goals. You will be responsible for writing backlog items and making estimates in terms of business value, technical values, and efforts as well as grooming the existing items.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to make sure you understand the stakeholders' needs. This may require you to put together mock-ups, drive project meetings, and put together detailed documents.
You are also responsible for ensuring the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders. You need to attend daily stand-ups and head up planning, retrospective, and demo meetings with Scrum Master.
You also need to have excellent people skills to motivate the development team to high performance.

SENIOR C# SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Responsibilities

What we expect
5+ years working as a Product Manager / Product Owner in the software development field.
Experience and proven track record of working with Agile and Scrum.
Experience working with cross-functional teams of engineers, QA, and various stakeholders.
