We are looking for someone to take on major user experience projects at Cloudmore.

You will evolve the front-end UI/UX by gathering user requirements, understanding user
flows and designing wireframes + graphic elements to achieve a coherent, easy-to-use
interface language.


Responsibilities of the role
Quickly understanding the requirements of the business and its objectives.
Translating research findings into solutions that deliver value to the business.
Creating user journeys, logic flows, wireframes, functional specifications, and prototypes.
Planning, preparing and carrying out user testing.
Present various aspects of the user experience to our engineering and business stakeholders.
Review existing solutions, identify issues and come up with solutions to improve them.
Contribute to and help develop our design pattern library.
Track and monitor progress on the development and quality of the user experience.
Manage A/B testing and usability programs to identify and troubleshoot UX

Requirements
3+ years of experience in building digital products that solve real problems
You are highly skilled in creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and hi-fidelity mockups using Figma
Experience working with multiple platforms: Web, mobile
You have strong visual skills
You are comfortable doing user testing & interviews, synthesizing the results, and presenting them to stakeholders.
You're able to see the full picture as well as deep dive into smaller details.

Cloudmore is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join us on a journey to build the world’s leading cloud brokerage and subscription management platform.


Role Description
As the Senior Business Analyst, you are responsible for collecting, analyzing, documenting, and communicating functional and non-functional requirements to the development team. You will act as a vital link between the product management team, the development team, customer-facing teams, and customers to shape product development in alignment with the product strategy. 
You will combine your love for analyzing business requirements with deep technical understanding and excellent communication skills. You will be open-minded and solution-oriented in your approach. You should prefer to work in an agile and fast-paced environment where your insights will be instrumental in helping us to shape the best product on the market.
This role is based in our management hub in Danderyd, Stockholm, where you will work closely with our Chief Product Officer (CPO). We also have offices in Tallinn, where our development team is based, and in Belfast and London for sales and marketing. Most of your day-to-day work will be conducted online through chat and video conferencing. Some travel will also be required to our offices in the UK and Estonia.

Role Description
Cloudmore works with Agile and Scrum and are now looking for an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner. Your primary responsibility is managing the product backlog and lead the development team.
You will work closely with the VP Product to align the product backlog with overall product strategy and set short term goals. You will be responsible for writing backlog items and making estimates in terms of business value, technical values, and efforts as well as grooming the existing items.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to make sure you understand the stakeholders' needs. This may require you to put together mock-ups, drive project meetings, and put together detailed documents.
You are also responsible for ensuring the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders. You need to attend daily stand-ups and head up planning, retrospective, and demo meetings with Scrum Master.
You also need to have excellent people skills to motivate the development team to high performance.
