Administrativa avdelningen ansvarar för inköps- och upphandlingsprocessen vid tekniska kontoret. Avdelningen består av 12-14 medarbetare. Nu söker vi en avtalscontroller till en nyinrättad tjänst, som kommer att vara en viktig kugge i tekniska kontorets arbete kring hur vi arbetar med våra avtal och med våra leverantörer.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Som avtalscontroller kommer du ha en central roll i att utveckla kontorets avtalsförvaltningsprocess. Du arbetar både operativt och strategiskt, ansvarar för löpande förvaltning och uppföljning av tilldelade avtal. Du analyserar inköpsstatistik i syfte att skapa bra affärer och vid behov förhandla med leverantörer.

Du genomför marknadsanalyser inför strategiskt viktiga upphandlingar samt verkar för standardisering och implementering av nya avtal. Som avtalscontroller kommer du att vara spindeln i nätet när det gäller avtalsfrågor, både internt inom kontoret, och i kontakt med våra leverantörer.

Arbetet innebär en nära dialog med entreprenad-upphandlare och ekonomi-funktionen på avdelningen, samt övriga beställare inom tekniska kontoret. Du kommer att arbeta i nära samarbete med entreprenad-upphandlare samt med beställare inom kontoret vid uppföljning av våra avtal.

I denna roll ansvarar du för vår avtalsdatabas samt sköta administration kring förlängningar av våra avtal. I uppdraget ingår det att vara första kontakten när det gäller avtalsfrågor som kommer från verksamheten, samt från leverantörer.

En del av tjänsten innefattar också att ta fram och arbeta med inköpsstatistik. Du kommer även vara kontorets förlängda arm i dialogerna med våra konsultmäklare.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig som har:
• relevant eftergymnasial utbildning med inriktning mot ekonomi, juridik, upphandling eller motsvarande, alternativt likvärdig kunskap förvärvad på annat sätt
• erfarenhet av avtalsutformning och avtalstolkning
• erfarenhet av upphandling/strategiskt inköp, särskilt kravställning av varor och tjänster i förfrågningsunderlag
• erfarenhet av att arbeta med avtalsuppföljning.
• goda kunskaper i Officepaketet, särskilt Excel
• god förmåga att uttrycka dig i svenska såväl tal som skrift

Det är meriterande om du har:
• samma eller likvärdig erfarenhet/kunskap gällande entreprenadupphandling
• relevantutbildning inom avtalsrätt/köprätt samt om du har erfarenhet av offentlig upphandling/LOU.

För att lyckas i rollen som avtalscontroller på tekniska kontoret är det viktigt att du har ett intresse för inköp och avtalsförhållanden. Du tar egna initiativ, söker information och sätter dig snabbt in i upphandlade avtal. Som avtalscontroller kommer du att ha många kontakter, både inom tekniska kontoret, och med tekniska kontorets leverantörer. Det krävs därför att du besitter en god samarbetsförmåga och pedagogisk förmåga, samt att du är en god kommunikatör i frågor som gäller råd, stöd och support. Du har ett konsultativt arbetssätt och kan skapa goda relationer och förtroende. Vidare är du drivande, strukturerad, analytisk, tar egna initiativ och har lätt för att få saker gjorda. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.

About the Position
The controller leads the finance processes, including implementation and roll-out of new ERP (Oracle). · Provides support to Northern Europe leaders and Group CFO, as required including proactive financial analysis to help to manage the business by identifying trends, risks and opportunities, and drive/track strategic initiatives.
· Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial reporting of the Northern Europe operations.
· Drive the financial planning analysis process. (Budget, forecast and strategic planning).
· Oversee the operations of all finance functions, including the design of an organizational structure and robust process and controls implementation in Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable and Tax areas.
· Leads and manages the month end closing process for the assigned business unit(s).
· Coordinate all work and interaction with external auditors for annual audit processes.
· Lead credit and collection management process for the business, driving continuous improvement in Cash Generation.
· Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
· Manage financial systems and related policies and procedures.
· Other duties as assigned.

Prepare, model and analyze financial reports such as P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis, both actual and long-term budget with a good conclusion.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
Close cooperation with the accounting, consolidation and investor relations teams and help to streamline related processes between the functions.
Follow and manage the flow from order to revenue recognition process.
Keep a high-quality periodical financial reporting with timely submission to board and management team.
Document and develop business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Support in M&A review and transaction

We are looking for someone with
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar
Experience as Financial Controller with a strong track record in accounting and finance
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, experience in producing, analyze and conclude on financial statements.
Fluent English is required
Strong Excel skills and a natural flair for working with ERP systems.

It’s a merit to have experience from Visma and/or Aaro. In addition, if you also have corporate background experience from a listed company and/or experience from banking or similar we see that as a plus.

Work closely with Tobii's CFO and other Senior Management.
Close cooperation with the accounting and consolidation team and help to streamline related processes between the functions, with emphasis on forecast process and organic/FX calculation.
High quality periodical financial reporting with timely submission to board and management team.
Document and develop business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Support in M&A processes.

How to be successful in this role:
Five (5) years overall combined accounting and finance experience, preferably as a financial controller
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, experience in producing, analyze and conclude on financial statements.
Strong Excel skills and a natural flair for working with finance systems (ERP accounting and consolidation)
Exposure on using Visma and/or Aaro is a plus
Experience on IFRS is also a plus
The preferable candidate has strong corporate background from a listed company and/or experience from bank or similar where they have worked hands on with financing of a business, M&A, cash flow, balance sheet.
A positive attitude and proactive mindset with problem solving skills
A great communicator in English
University degree

We are looking for an experienced financial controller with solid knowledge in MS Excel, budget, forecast and results follow-up processes to strengthen our controlling team. This position reports to the Head of Program Management and is located in Stocksund, Sweden.
The mission of this role is to support the organization with accurate and relevant reports and analysis to support decision making and facilitate results follow-up. The position has exposure and regular contact with different stakeholders including store managers, heads of function, the board in Sweden and corporate controlling in Germany. The financial controller will also play a key role in the implementation of strategic actions by closely collaborating with project managers.

What you will do as a Financial Controller
•    Operational Controlling and daily report & analysis (CAPEX, Operate Lease, Balance Sheet & Working Capital)
•    Analysis of KPIs as well as actuals versus historical data for P&L.
•    Participate in the Budget and forecast process.
•    Handle requests from MSH. (Media Saturn Holding)
•    Month-end closing process & reporting owner.
•    Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
•    Follow-up and document ongoing strategic projects 
•    Communicate and support project managers
•    Closely cooperate with Accounting, Operations and Program Management departments

Your profile
You have a finance university degree, along with 3-5 years’ experience as financial controller. You have experience from budget processes, forecasting and reporting as well as presenting conclusions from analyzes. You have a good understanding of Financial Statements and the ability to explain complex matters in an educational way. We believe that you’re curious, communicative and driven.  It is meriting if you have experience from the retail industry or similar. You are an experienced user of Excel, Power Point and any BI software. You have solid written and verbal skills in Swedish and English.

We offer a full-time and permanent employment, with a six-month trial period initially. Starting date is as soon as agreed.
