Arbetsbeskrivning

Som Legal Counsel på IES kommer du att stötta verksamheten i ett brett spektrum av juridiska frågeställningar. Bland annat kommer du att arbeta med olika avtal, såsom inköpsavtal, IT-avtal och hyresavtal. Du kommer även att hantera skoljuridiska frågor kring bland annat tillstånd, inspektioner, anmälningar och statsbidrag. Arbete med GDPR, tvistiga avtal och överklaganden är också aktuellt. Tjänsten är placerad på vårt huvudkontor i norra Stockholm och du rapporterar till vår General Counsel.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som efter avslutad juristexamen har arbetat i ca 3 – 5 år på bolag, myndighet och/eller affärsjuridisk byrå. Du har en affärsjuridisk bakgrund och har erfarenhet av att arbeta med kommersiella avtal. Det är meriterande om du har suttit ting eller har arbetat med handläggning av ärenden på en myndighet eller domstol. Erfarenhet från skolvärlden är ett stort plus, men det viktigaste är att du har ett intresse för skoljuridik och vår verksamhet!

För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara en ansvarstagande person med ett stort eget driv. Du är van vid att arbeta självständigt och att utföra dina arbetsuppgifter på ett noggrant och strukturerat sätt. Du är analytisk och uttrycker dig väl skriftligt och muntligt. Det är av vikt att du kan förklara juridiken på ett pedagogiskt sätt och att du är pragmatisk och lösningsorienterad i din approach. Du kan hantera flera arbetsuppgifter samtidigt, omprioritera vid behov och hålla deadlines med bibehållen hög kvalitet. Vidare är det viktigt att du har mycket god samarbets- och kommunikationsförmåga och trivs i en internationell miljö. I rollen behöver du behärska svenska och engelska flytande i både tal och skrift.

We are looking for a qualified Legal Counsel to support our General Counsel in the legal aspects of our business. You will participate in safeguarding our reputation by ensuring the company follows legal guidelines and requirements and will support our General Counsel in providing legal advice to management on relevant issues.
Your days will be filled with:
Supporting the General Counsel in providing legal support to the Company globally.
Participating and providing legal insight in a variety of legal topics (Privacy (including GDPR), corporate law, transactions, etc.)
Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), perpetuating trust
Draft agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s objectives are achieved and rights are protected
Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to colleagues in the organization
Conduct your work with the highest level of integrity and responsibility
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of alterations in legislation, regulations, laws, and industry trends that may affect the company and/or its business
Travel occasionally to office in the US and other parts of Europe
Other duties as assigned by General Counsel.

We are looking for someone with:
Proven experience as Legal Counsel in a business environment with at least 3 years of experience
Stellar academic credentials
Privacy and GDPR experience
Solid knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations, through shifting priorities, and rapid change.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
Knowledge and understanding of Swedish corporate law
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish

Tjänsten som jurist med upphandlingsrättslig inriktning vid Danderyds sjukhus är självständig och variationsrik med stora utvecklingsmöjligheter.

Du handlägger både juridiska ärenden samt upphandlingsärenden och du kommer ges möjlighet att påverka utformningen av din funktion.

 

Arbetsbeskrivning

Du arbetar nära bolagets verksamheter och bistår med juridisk rådgivning inom bland annat upphandlingsrätt, avtalsrätt, offentlighet- och sekretess, personuppgiftsrätt samt hälso- och sjukvårdsjuridik. Du kommer även att självständigt ansvara för att genomföra upphandlingar, förnyade konkurrensutsättningar samt avrop av varor och tjänster till bolagets verksamheter.

I arbetsuppgifterna ingår även att ansvara för att upprätta- och förvalta kontrakt genom aktiv kontraktsförvaltning samt att som projektledare planera och ansvara för framdriften i upphandlingsprojekt.

I rollen ingår även att arbeta i nära samarbete med övriga bolag och förvaltningar inom Region Stockholm, att hantera beställningar i inköpssystemet ClockWork samt att analysera och utveckla inköpsstrategier tillsammans med strategiska inköpare och kategoriansvariga. Du ansvarar för att hålla utbildningar i frågor bl.a. relaterade till upphandling samt hälso- och sjukvårdsjuridik. 

På Inköp & Juridik kan även andra administrativa arbetsuppgifter förekomma och du bör därför vara beredd på att utföra arbetsuppgifter inom verksamhetens hela ansvarsområde. 

 

Kvalifikationer

Du har universitets- eller högskoleutbildning i juridik och är i början av din karriär eller har arbetat några år.

Det är meriterande om du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att självständigt ha genomfört upphandlingar.

 

Personliga egenskaper

Som person är du prestigelös och initiativkraftig samt har en god förmåga att leverera under tidspress. Du har hög integritet och god förmåga att prioritera.

You have a Swedish law degree and you are an experienced lawyer with at least five years of qualified legal experience, preferably including previous experience from an in-house position. Special knowledge of consumer law and data protection would be preferred.
