We are seeking an experienced and dynamic technical lead to take our integration team to new heights.
Simployer/AlexisHR is ramping up our integration capabilities by offering integration solutions to our customers, seamlessly connecting with their existing IT ecosystems, which often include third-party systems such as recruiting software (ATS, CRM, Payroll, and IdP solutions.
Our dedicated integration team, supported by a robust platform built on Apache Camel, is at the forefront of these efforts.
As the technical lead, you will be responsible for driving our integration capability forward. Your role will involve developing new integration requirements and standardizing existing ones, while promoting a self-service mindset in building integrations.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate and lead the integration team, managing all activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet both organizational and customer business requirements.
Develop and maintain a robust integration architecture framework to facilitate scalable and secure connections with external systems.
Drive the strategy on integration target architecture.
Build and define an ecosystem of partners and “standard” integrations that connect to our data & onboarding APIs (e.g., pre-integrated HR systems, Payroll systems, Data analysis services, etc.).
Ensure successful customer adoption to our solutions, connecting them to their other commercial software applications.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in product & technology, sales departments, and customer organizations.
Provide expert advice to product teams on the use of integration technology, data architecture and modeling, system architecture, and best practices.

Who Are We Looking For?
A passionate and experienced professional with a strong technical understanding of concepts such as APIs, Distributed systems, Event sourcing, and integrations. You should have over 5 years of experience as a developer with some level of customer contact or as an Integration Architect.
Proficiency in building scalable integration services, preferably with systems such as ERP and/or Payroll.
Fluent in at least one OOP language such as Java, Kotlin, or C#.
Experience working in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with Integration Systems such as Apache Camel, Jboss Fuse, WSO2, or Azure Logic Apps.
Attention to detail and the ability to implement stable and scalable integrations is key to ensuring everything works smoothly.
Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills are critical success factors for this role.

What would be a plus?
Experience in the identity & access management area
Experience in the HRIS domain (HR master data, HR systems, Payroll data and Employee & Organizational data).

The digital initiative has been ongoing for several years, and as a continuation of this, we are looking for another data engineer to join our tech hub in Stockholm. The team is located in central Stockholm and is responsible for digitalization as well as strengthening the data capabilities, driving innovation and establishing new solutions on the cloud to manage the organization’s vital asset – data.
The tech hub works independently, and the team of 20 people has a significant responsibility for driving innovation within XXL.
To meet the organization's demands in handling data, we need to hire a data engineer to our data team. As the role of the team grows in line with the increasing importance of e-commerce and data for XXL, we are specifically looking for someone who wants to grow with responsibility and develop as a data engineer
.Role Summary:
As a Data Engineer at XXL, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening our data capabilities and driving innovation. You'll consolidate and structure data from various sources into our Data Lake, making it ready for Reporting/BI, Analytics, Machine learning, and Integrations.
Data being our vital asset, you'll be given the chance to work at the forefront and managing it.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions.
Develop and maintain data models, cloud data warehouses, and data marts.
Ensure data pipelines' uptime and data quality
Deploy and maintain Data Infrastructure with CI/CD processes
Implement data security and access control mechanisms to protect sensitive data
Contribute to the development and improvement of XXL's data engineering methodologies and best practices
Stay updated on the latest trends in data engineering and share knowledge with colleagues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-related technical issues
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields. Comprehensive work experience can compensate for missing formal education
.3+ years of experience in a similar position
Proficiency in either AWS (Glue, S3, Lambda, EMR) or Azure (ADLS Gen2, Synapse, Fabric)
Experience working with Spark, , Node.js, Python, CDK and Terraform
Desired: AWS/Azure certifications, Spark/Databricks certification, Databricks, DBT
