innebär att du säljer reparationer av hissar till befintliga kunder samt att du utvecklar relationen med våra kunder. Du arbetar med försäljning av hållbara lösningar för alla hissar och rulltrappor av olika fabrikat som uppfyller Schindlers höga krav på såväl säkerhet som kvalitet. Detta är en säljroll som innebär att vårda kundrelationen och komma med tekniska lösningar. Du agerar som en rådgivande konsult och stöttar dina kunder genom processen.
Vi söker dig som är
en social person med egen drivkraft som trivs med att arbeta fritt under ansvar. Du är kreativ, målmedveten och utåtriktad och ser möjligheter till mervärden i kontakter med kunder och kollegor. Du trivs med att arbeta kundorienterat och skapar förtroendeingivande relationer med alla i din närhet. Du bedriver ditt arbete strukturerat och är en van förhandlare. Ett tekniskt intresse ser vi som en självklarhet.
Vi tror att du har
erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter, gärna erfarenhet från entreprenad, byggbranschen eller annan kundintensiv teknisk bransch. Meriterande är att du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av försäljning och projektledning.
Vi ser även att du minst gymnasial examen, teknisk och/eller ekonomisk inriktning. Du har god datavana med goda kunskaper i Officepaketet och det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att arbete i SAP. Engelska är vårt koncernspråk och vi arbetar med internationella leverantörer inom koncern. Således är det av stor vikt att och behärskar både svenska och engelska flytande i tal och skrift. Your days will be filled with:
Developing, planning, and execution of sales and training activities within your region to increase sales of our products and achieve set sales targets
Building and maintaining a strong customer relationship with users, prescribers, assistive device consultants, and key opinion leaders in various forums, both F2F and digital
Actively take responsibility for the public procurement process and participate in tenders in your region, in collaboration with the sales manager
Continue to develop existing business in your region to meet sales target
To independently own and drive the entire sales process in your region; from taking initial contact to follow-up with the customer after the sale has been completed
Increase awareness and knowledge of our products for users and professionals
Organize, plan, and participate in workshops, webinars, conferences and trainings to increase interest in our AAC solutions and demonstrate our product range
Willingness to travel within Sweden, with the ability of spending approx. 1-2 nights away from home per week.

We are looking for someone with:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in e.g. sales, health, technology, pedagogy, or other relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in health, medical devices, or the education sector
Good communication and presentation skills, as well as experience in providing training & education on technical products
High social skills and find it easy to build long-term relationships
Fluent Swedish and English, verbal and written (is a must)
A great self-motivator, self driven and with the ability to make things happen
Background in special pedagogy, speech & language therapy, occupational therapy, rehabilitation engineer, or other relevant assistive technology experience is advantageous

About the job
As a Technical Marketing Professional, you will be the main support for our regional Sales teams by providing detailed expertise on our product portfolio and helping implement our commercial strategies in a very dynamic market environment. Tobii Driver Monitoring System (Tobii DMS) is based on 20 years of innovation in eye tracking and attention computing. It is a powerful solution for assessing drivers’ ability to safely drive a car. Tobii DMS translates camera images into a stream of core signals such as a person’s gaze point and head pose, which then are used to deliver feedback on driver state, such as drowsiness and distraction.
Role and responsibilities
As Field Application Engineer you will be the technical expert and the link between development, customer, and sales. You will work with prospects to showcase the benefits of Tobii DMS and analyse customer requirement together with Account Manager and ensure our product meet customer requirement. You will provide technical training to customers, colleagues and others as required. This role includes traveling globally, both alone and together with colleagues. You will report to Head of Automotive Segment at Tobii Headquarters in Stockholm. We want this to be a perfect match so your location is not the most important pre-requisite, however we do believe you will work from a European time zone, and willingness to move to Stockholm is a plus.
You will also:
Prepare and perform technical sales presentation
Identify requirements before the customer does
Perform/Set up customer demonstrations and evaluations
Be active in RFQ work
Prepare and perform customer training activities.
Program and create PoC’s/Demos

To succeed we think that you have:
Strong motivation, customer orientation and communication skills
Five plus years of prior working in similar position in the Automotive industry
Work experience from OEM/Tier 1/Tier 2, preferably as SW developer or FEA/Tech sales
Understanding of Vision systems in Automotive industry
Familiarity with embedded systems design
Controller Area Network (CAN bus) knowledge
Programming knowledge, Python.
Committed and willing to travel (50-100 days/year)
Driving license

The role and responsibilities
