As our Senior Accountant, you will be collaborating with colleagues within Tobii, with auditors, and local accountants in other countries.
Your days will be filled with:
Ensuring accurate accounting and reporting for both part of the holding company, and for several Tobii subsidiaries
Strong collaboration with colleagues from many areas of Tobii - Sweden, Europe, Asia, and the US- to handle Tobii’s accounting and finance in the most excellent ways
External communication with authorities and auditors
You will work with general ledger bookings and reconciliations of accounts, make bank payments and take part in the analysis and follow-up of the P/L and balance sheet together with your colleagues in the Finance team
Continuous development and efficiency projects

To be successful in this role, we believe that you:
Have years of exposure in accounting and closing of the books
Have a great level of knowledge with K3 and experience from group accounting
Are someone who enjoys accounting and reconciliations, working with Microsoft Excel and other software tools
Have a relevant academic background in Finance
Possess good communicative skills, both in Swedish and English
Love working independently whilst also collaborating with teams

A plus but not a merit:
Working with IFRS and Visma ERP system
Working with taxes or intangible assets
Experience working in a publicly listed company
Knowledge in the tax area, intangible assets or warehouse accounting

As our Accounts Payable Specialist at Tobii's Headquarters, your key role will be managing the process of all type of vendor invoices, purchase order matching, and Accounts Payable, for the holding company and some of our subsidiaries.
Here's how your normal day looks like:
Manage and develop AP process, with increased digitalization, for Tobii globally
Actively handle approval levels for vendor invoices and payments
Coordinate with Sourcing organization about POs and order invoices
Reconcile GL for AP, including intra-group reconciliation in that area, and participating in closing and reporting
System administrator for MediusFlow including training of Tobiians
Cooperate with your Finance colleagues regarding cash, bank etc, in the Stockholm office and with colleagues abroad
Secure fulfilment of laws, rules and policies
Manage vendor master data

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have:
Solid experience in vendor invoice handling, AP, and the sourcing process
Experience in reconciliation and of handling of currencies
Broad knowledge in ERP systems and approval workflows
Interest and experience in process development and efficiency work by digitalization and automation
Relevant academic background in Finance
Possess good communicative skills, both in Swedish and English

As Tobii’s Group Accounting Manager, on top of driving quality and efficiency on our group consolidation and reporting, you will be highly responsible for:
Monthly consolidation of the Tobii Group
Securing and developing external reports such as annual and quarterly reports
Securing and developing internal reporting requirements in collaboration with Finance team
Secure laws, rules, and policies and ensure compliance

To be successful in this role, we would love you to have:
Broad and deep knowledge in accounting and group consolidation
Years of experience from external reporting from a listed company
Experience from mergers and acquisitions
Explicit competence, interest on learning current and new accounting rules and regulations
Enjoy working towards sharp deadlines
Strong interest in process development and efficiency work
Detailed-oriented in producing quarterly and annual reports
University degree in Accounting, Economics or equivalent
