Om rollen

Som projektledare hos Megger får du vara med och ta fram morgondagens mätinstrument. Du får ta ansvar och driva projekt, både små och stora, från produktspecifikation fram till produktion. Ett projekt för produktutveckling hos oss innebär både hård- och mjukvaruutveckling och de flesta av företagets funktioner som t.ex. produktledning, inköp, produktion, och service ingår i projektteamet.

Arbetsuppgifterna är till exempel:

Att leda, motivera och engagera tvärfunktionella projektteam till högsta möjliga prestationsnivå Planera, skapa resurser, driva och följa upp projekt så att de slutförs med rätt kvalitet, i rätt tid och inom givna budgetramarSamverka med andra avdelningar för att säkerställa att projektet kan levereras enligt uppsatta mål och produkten uppfyller kundens förväntningar Ha kontakter med underleverantörer i prototypfasen

Kompetens

För att lyckas i rollen som projektledare är du civilingenjör eller högskoleingenjör med erfarenhet av både mjukvaruutveckling och elektronikutveckling för inbyggda system. Vi tror att du har flera års erfarenhet som projektledare och har drivit ett antal framgångsrika projekt inom teknikområdet från idé till lansering. Ett projekt hos Megger både inom nyutveckling och underhåll av befintliga produkter, innefattar ofta många olika discipliner. Inom mjukvara jobbar de med front-end, back-end och embedded programvara. Mekanik och elektronik är självklara delar av hårdvaran.

Vi söker dig som har spetskompetens inom projektledning för mjukvaruutveckling och som vill vara med och påverka. About the position
As the Production Manager (PM) of the Northern Europe Life Science sub-region your main responsibilities will be the implementation, development and continuous management of the ALS Production Management Platform (PMP) across the sub-region’s laboratories. The PMP is a global ALS standard to manage and optimize the operations within a testing laboratory. Currently PMP is implemented at 20 ALS laboratories around the globe and another 40 planned for implementation during the next year.
Furthermore, you and your team will be leading the work of building laboratories and expanding our laboratory capabilities, as well as re-designing and refurbishing some of our laboratories. This will be done in close cooperation with local management.
Upon request from local management, and at your team’s availability, you will also support the laboratories in the sub-region with various types of method development and improvements.
The Production Manager position is a high-level position, part of the sub-region’s management team, reporting directly to the sub-region’s General Manager. In your team you will have two direct reports, one Organic Instruments Assisting Production Manager and one Inorganic Instruments Assisting Production Manager. These are new full-time positions and are announced together with the production manager position. The final recruitment of these positions will be done after the recruitment of the PM, by the PM.
The position is preferably based in Danderyd (Stockholm), but other locations in the sub-region could be discussed. The reason for this is that Danderyd is the geographically most centred location, with most other sites of the sub-region just a single flight or night train away. Furthermore, the GM, to whom the PM reports, is based at this location. The position will require a rather significant amount of travelling.
Profile
We are looking for an applicant with wide experience of instrumental analysis, extensive data management skills, project and management experience. Training and experience from process improvement techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc is meriting. A genuine interest of process optimization and a persistent personality are believed to be important to be successful in this role. You bring energy and drive but also patience and empathy to be able to deliver right solutions in major projects. The role also expects you to be good at building relationships with stakeholders on various levels.
You are believed to have at least 10 years of work experience, probably from a testing laboratory, but experience from manufacturing or software development industries is also meriting.
