About the role :
Join our Tax & Treasury team at AniCura, where we oversee all financial aspects of our operations including banking, cash management, payment solutions, and loan facilities. As the Group Treasury Senior Specialist, you will lead our global treasury processes, providing crucial support to our markets and clinics.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Manage and review M&A transactions and financing matters ensuring adherence to local legislation (thin cap) and in-house financing policies
Review and manage the earnout structures and deferred payment arrangements
Provide specialized support for project-specific financial requirements
Ensure seamless I&B (Income & Balance) submissions
Co-manage and drive the administration of investment processes
Prepare and provide explanations to internal reporting of treasury figures to Mars on a quarterly basis
Prepare and provide cash spend reports to Mars on a weekly basis, ensuring the appropriate funding is in place in a timely manner
Cultivate strong relationships with external banking partners
Drive and administer all internal and external financing initiatives with expertise
Contribute to the smooth progression of statutory audit procedures
Own and update the treasury policies as appropriate in line with legislation and directions from parent companies.
Address ad hoc treasury requests with efficiency and precision

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or economics
8+ years of relevant experience in an international setting
Strong project management and negotiation skills
Excellent communication abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
Fluent in English, European language proficiency a plus

Train and develop our organization around frameworks, processes and data structure.
Work closely with our management team but also different stakeholders around the organization

We are looking for someone with:
management consulting/inhouse background and with many years of relevant work experience from understanding business process and working in an international, growing context.
You also have:
University degree (MSc or BSc) in business, engineering or similar
Thorough understanding of business processes and the ability to relate them to strategy and business needs.
Strong digital business competence, including data strategies, master data and how to achieve business value from data.

Role and responsibilities
As a UX Designer you will be a senior member of our UX team. You are based out of our headquarter in Stockholm and report to our UX Director. Your main goal is to lead the UX work for research focused products and to take ownership of the UX design process throughout the product development cycle. You will need to coordinate with the team and presents and communicate solutions towards both internal and external stakeholders to further develop the understanding of the end-users.
You will also:
Gather detailed feedback from specialised market customers
Lead the new beta program
Be proactively involved in development of new products
Be the liaison between the industrial design team and software development
Create sketches, wireframes of ideas for discussion and convert to high fidelity prototypes, specs and assets needed and development.
Conduct usability testing
Create plan for analyzing product use and areas of improvement
Be able to identify solutions which are based on user needs and make sense for the business

You will also distil complex product ideas into executable design and should be able to present multiple options to stakeholders and discuss solutions with developers. This requires you to be flexible and understand technical constraints.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
Are a Senior UX Designer with a user’s-first mindset
At least 5 years of experience working in a complex, fast-moving product organization
Proven track record of execution on products with specific market needs, i.e., research
Enjoy a sense of ownership and guiding product direction validated by your testing
Be able to present and clearly communicate solutions to developers, stakeholders
Portfolio requested.
