Neptron sköter elektronisk chiptidtagningen på olika sportevenemang runt om i Sverige.
Vi genomför över 200 tävlingar inom tex löpning och cykel. Lidingöloppet, Vätternrundan och Midnattsloppet är några av våra kunder.

Extra arbete inom elektronisk tidtagning
Neptron söker nu extrapersonal som kan jobba ute hos kund på olika idrottsevenemang. Huvuduppgiften är att varje deltagare får en tid ett resultat efter slutförd tävling.
Vi söker dig som vill ha extrajobb, gärna konsult eller egen företagare som vill fylla ut sina månader med flera arbetstimmar. Vår högsäsong är mellan april och september.
Du utgår från Stockholm, men våra kunder finns runt om i Sverige.
I rollen ingår att vår tekniska lösning sätts upp enligt kundens behov på tävlingsdagen och att tävlingen genomförs på plats. Arbeta med resultathantering under och efter tävlingen.
Utbildning i våra system och teknik får du av oss.

As a data entry operator, you will play a key role in updating and maintaining the Picture Communication Symbols (PCS) custom database, integrating symbols and photographs into a categorical and grammatical structure used by communication and curriculum software to provide symbol-supported communication and learning. You will be part of the global team, and based in Sweden.

Your days will be filled with:
Import graphic files into a custom database.
Add imported graphic files to categories
Create new lexical classifications for graphic files or integrate them into existing classifications.
Export files for translation.
Work closely with Graphic Arts Manager to ensure symbol information meets the needs of the products and the end users.
Track and document projects.

We are looking for someone with:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or similar fields.
Experience in lexical databases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and internet applications.
Proven project management skills.
Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Time management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.

World leader in eye tracking
As Data Operator you will be a member of the data processing team at Tobii Tech with responsibility for acquisition and annotation of data that will be used as input to machine learning algorithms. You will work closely with colleagues in both Sweden and other places in the world.
This is a temporary position that covers parental leave. We want you to start as soon as possible and the contract will run until August 2021.
Everyday tasks
Perform data collection in-house and externally and annotate data to given specifications, contain the following steps:
Acquire data using our platforms, at the office as well as off-site
Annotate data using our annotation tools
Understand the customer’s needs – tight communication throughout the entire project, proactively ask questions and make improvement suggestions
Read, write, and improve process and project-specific documentation
Set up and be able to perform some troubleshooting of the collection equipment and software
Send database queries, perform descriptive statistics analysis, efficiently use data visualization dashboards and data tables
Recruit participants, both in-house and externally in a time-efficient and systematic manner, be able to adapt the recruitment to the customer’s needs and the potential participants’ preferences.
In this role you will sometimes travel to acquire data in different parts of the world.

Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role, and at Tobii, we believe you have:
At least 2 academic years, preferably within engineering, technology, data analytics or similar
Strong inter-personal and communicative skills
Interest for technology and above average computer skills; experience in both Windows and Linux is a plus
Efficient MS Office user and some experience of working with data through database queries in Python or similar
Some experience in planning and organizing is a plus
Fluency in English
