Som Ekonomiassistant (Accounting Assistant) kommer du att ingå i ett härligt och drivet team där arbetsklimatet är öppet, lättsamt och inkluderande.

Arbetsuppgifter
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer b.la. bestå av:
Hantering av inkommande fakturor
Arbete med kund- och leverantörsreskontra
Hantering av kundfakturor
Bankavstämningar och prognoser
Hantering av in- och utbetalningar
Löpande redovisning och bokföring
Andra administrativa uppgifter

Kvalifikationer
Relevant utbildning, minst gymnasial eller likvärdig
Minst ett (1) års erfarenhet från liknande arbetsuppgifter
Goda kunskaper i MS Office, främst Excel
Flytande kunskap i svenska, både tal och skrift
Mycket god kunskap i engelska, både tal och skrift
Kvalitetsmedveten och noggrann
Stimuleras av en dynamisk arbetsmiljö

Omfattning och tillträde: Heltid, fyrtio (40) timmar per vecka. Start omgående, med hänsyn till eventuell uppsägningstid. Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning med provanställning i sex (6) månader.
Placering: Danderyd, med närhet till Roslagsbanan, buss samt tunnelbana.

About the job
Our R&D department is expanding, and we are now looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at the global headquarters in Danderyd, Sweden. Together with colleagues, you will contribute to the further development of technology within our existing devices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build their technical career with exposure to the latest and most advanced technology on the market.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Research and development of new technologies in coordination with other departments
Design medical devices using SolidWorks and carry out computational analysis, if required
Prototyping using 3D printing software
Carrying out verification of designs using a variety of experimental rigs and techniques
Analyze prototype performance and provide key input for each iteration
Product development of existing technologies and devices.
Complete design transfers, including technical support of the product being transferred. Define and draft the Process Validation Requirements for the transferred product.
Aid in the timely completion of CAPA, complaints and vigilance reports.



Skills and Experience
Good engineering and problem-solving skills a must.
Capability of having a strategic as well as practical view on product development.
Capability to evaluate the customer demands and use that knowledge to prioritize device development.
Team player who can work effectively and proactively on cross-functional teams.
Competence to manage multiple projects at once and be results oriented.
Good communication and influencing skills, with excellent written English.
Must be eligible to visit USA, China, and other areas for business related travel.
Familiarity with international standards and regulations related to medical device development a plus.
Some knowledge of global medical device regulatory requirements, including MDR and FDA.
Familiar with the stage gate development process. Understanding of engineering validation principles would be beneficial.



Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or relevant discipline.
Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience with SolidWorks required, with knowledge of CFD or FEA desirable.
Some laboratory experience would be preferred, such as writing test plans and reports and carrying out laboratory testing.
Good clinical & design principles required.

Our R&D department is expanding, and we are now looking for an electronic engineer to join our team at the global headquarters in Danderyd, Sweden. Together with colleagues, you will contribute to the further development of technology within our existing devices. Lead electronic development for new medical devices over full product life cycle.
Concept design and evaluation for future products.
Prototype development and hands-on testing.
Collaborate with suppliers and contractors on current and future development projects.
Generate test protocols and reports for validation and verification of electronic design as per ISO 13485 and IEC 60601.
Assist in the development of manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
Communicate with customers to determine research and development requirements for new products.



Skills and Experience
5 years’ experience in an electronic R&D environment (Minimum 3 from Medical Devices).
Experience of product development under ISO 13485 and IEC 60601.
Strong electronic engineering fundamentals in electronic circuit design/development with microcontroller-based embedded systems.
Experience in concept generation and systems design.
Experience in prototype development.
Knowledge C/C++ software development.
Knowledge of regulations that apply in consumer and medical electronic products.
Awareness of manufacturing/assembly process and techniques.



Requirements
Bachelor´s degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Problem solver.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with proven leadership abilities.
Must be flexible and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Must be able and willing to visit USA, China and other areas for business related travel.
