Responsibilities:
Define and Evolve Visual Identity:
Develop and refine our visual identity to align with our brand promise, target audiences, and end-user requirements.
Ensure consistency across different UIs, maintaining a unified visual language.

Ensure Accessibility and Usability:
Validate visual designs to meet current accessibility requirements for optimal usability and legibility.

Collaboration:
Deliver and validate designs to Tobii Pro R&D teams.
Share design visions, mockups, and knowledge with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with Marketing to align visual identity with Tobii & Tobii Pro brand guidelines.
Strategic Design Contributions:
Create concept definitions and mockups for strategic product development decisions.

Coordination and Support:
Coordinate with Product Owners and other designers to prioritize design efforts and allocate resources effectively.
Collaborate with Frontend developers to ensure smooth implementation without compromising design integrity.
Company-wide Support:
Support other projects within Tobii Pro (and the entire Tobii Group) with visuals and expertise as needed.

Initiative Oversight:
Oversee the visual design system for the Tobii Cloud initiative's new products.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Visual Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful visual design projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
Understanding of accessibility standards and usability principles.

Tobii is looking for an Interaction designer to create mind blowing consumer experiences based on Eye Tracking Technology.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about HCI and who has experience of designing interfaces where focus, attention and timing are critical factors.

Your character would follow your eyes? gaze and as you look left on the screen, so would your character. Sounds exciting? It is! There has recently been explosive interest around integrating eye tracking into games, and we now need to strengthen our team!
The role and responsibilities:
As an Interaction designer you will work with the entire process from concept to detailed design, and you will work closely with the team throughout the development cycle.
Your days will be filled with:
-Communicating and champion UX inside and outside team.
-Conceptual design of interactive experiences. Taking into account how the natural behavior of the eyes and the value to the end user and customer.
-Detailed HCI and animation design. Getting all the details right.
-Visual design concepts as well as production. Across different products.
-Collaborate with UX designers in other teams.
-Rapid interactive prototypes/mockups.
-User testing as needed.
We are looking for someone who:
-Master degree or equivalent experience, specializing in design related area.
-At least few years experiences in visual design and interaction design.
-Strong visual design skills.

-Solid understanding of how the mind perceives design.
-Experience from working with UX/design in agile teams.

Role and responsibilities
As our new Digital Designer, you will be a member of the global marketing team and more specifically our creative team with copywriters, content writers and marketing specialists. We are based at our headquarters in Stockholm. You’ll report to the Head of Creative and work in close collaboration with colleagues from around the world since we have offices in the US, China, Japan, Germany, and the UK. Our goals are to increase brand awareness, generate sales leads, and accelerate our overall presence.
Your main goal is to bring our mission and brand promise a live, by translating content into impactful stories.


To succeed in this position, we believe that you have
• A couple of years professional experience working with digital and visual design
• Deep experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (if you’re also experienced with Figma and Sketch, it’s a plus)
• Experience in web design, and basic experience with HTML and CSS development
• Video editing and photography skills
• Fluent in English
• Loves to experiment with tools and new technology

Are you our new Graphic Designer?
As Graphic Designer at Hultafors Group, you will be an important part of our Marketing team of creators and project managers and will be developing communication for the Snickers Workwear Brand.
The position is based at our office in Stockholm (Mörby).
Responsibilities and Skills
As a graphic designer at Snickers Workwear, you will support the team in making graphic communication for different channels. You will ensure consistent branding and encourage a high creative level in all visual communication.
The role's main responsibility is to complete marketing materials initiated by our Graphic Designers and Art Directors, but you will also be fully responsible for specific print productions. The material consists of everything from catalogues, packaging, advertisements and in-store materials as well as material for the web and social media.
Main tasks
Create graphic designs for: packaging, hang tags, stickers, display material, sales material, catalogues, folders and brochures
Basic designs under the supervision of a designer.
Qualifications and Requirements
You have +3 years of working experience within graphic design and have practical experience of creating ideas for production in mainly print but also in digital channels. You have a degree in Graphic Design or similar subject.
You are very confident in your role, take initiative and are used to working with both ideas and production. InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator are programmes that you feel confident in working with. It is meritorious if you have experience in structural design.
As a person, you are curious, positive and creative. You are efficient, flexible and have an unpretentious approach and like to interact with other people. You have an eye for detail and have the tools to work in a structured way. You need to have the ability to plan and organize your own work, and to work towards defined goals, to plan and to deliver within the set time frame.
